Appointment and Cancellation Policy
DREADLOCKS BOOKING POLICY

Deposit Requirement:
To secure your appointment and your slot to be secured, a deposit of R100 is required to be transferred after your submission of the booking form. This deposit will be credited towards your final hair service cost.

Grace Period:
I understand delays happen. You have a 30-minute grace period. Beyond this, a R70 fee will be applied.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
I respect your schedule. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Your time is valuable, as mine. Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment time or failure to show up will result to loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required for rebooking.
