7 Natural Hairstyles You Must Try

7 Natural Hairstyles You Must Try

Are you looking for a new way to style your hair? If so, you might want to consider natural braided updos – they not only look beautiful, but they are also quite easy to do. Here’s a list of nine inspirational ideas for natural braided updos that you need to try ASAP:

Fishtail Braid Updo

This fishtail braid updo is the perfect look for when you want to keep your hair out of your face and away from your shoulders. All you have to do is braid two separate fishtails and cross them over the top of your head like a headband before tying them into a small ponytail at the nape of your neck.

Twisted Faux HawkUpdo

The twisted faux hawk updo looks complicated, but in reality, it’s quite simple. All you have to do is section off different areas of your hair and twist each section before pinning it back. To get the “fauxhawk” effect, create small crests on each side before pushing all of the twists toward the center.

Twisted Low Bun Updo

To create this gorgeous twisted low bun updo, all you need is a few basic braiding skills and some hairspray or styling mousse. Begin by twisting two sections of hair around each other horizontally (like an infinity symbol) before tucking the end underneath – if necessary use some bobby pins or clips to secure it in place. For extra volume at the crown, tease or backcomb lightly before smoothing down with a brush or comb. Finally, tie everything together into a small knot and secure it with pins or clips as needed.

High Cinnamon Roll Updo

This high cinnamon roll updo may seem intimidating at first glance – but with just a few simple steps it can be easily recreated in minutes! Begin by gathering all your hair into one high ponytail at the crown then carefully divide it into four equal sections and plait one large French braid downward until there is no more length left in the strand. Twist everything together firmly and fasten with an elastic band about mid-distance from where you started braiding (or wherever you prefer). Finally, loosen up each braid slightly as well as volumize on top by teasing lightly with a comb or brush – et voilà!

Half Up Half Down Dutch Braids

The half-up half-down Dutch braids are both cute and stylish – plus they’re very easy to create! All you need to do is gather those top layers up into two separate pigtails starting at either ear then divide them into thirds (or more) depending on how thick or thin you want your French/Dutch braids. Beginning at one side start weaving under instead of over until everything has been laced together then fasten both sides using an elastic band near the nape & enjoy!

Four Strand Waterfall Twist Braid Updo

If there was ever an updo that captured elegance and simplicity - this would be it! All that needs doing here is dividing up those bottom layers neatly then picking up 4 strands (quite literally) which have already been woven through like waterfall twists from behind before wrapping & tucking ends securely underneath; as always finishing off with any remaining stray hairspray &/or setting spray should help keep things nice & neat all day long!

Two Pony Braid Tuck Knot Combo

Another great idea for natural braided updos - especially if you don't have much length - this two-pony braid tuck knot combo looks best once those strands are tightly woven together through overlaps between top & bottom styles so long as desired outcomes don't vary too much; afterward just tie off individual pieces along their desired lengths while random flyaways can get tucked beneath masterpiece later adding lasting touches everyone will envy no matter what occasion arises!
